Steak Kebabs with Peppers and Onions

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes


• 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• Salt and pepper
• 1 medium yellow onion, cut into chunks
• 1 medium red pepper, cut into chunks
• 1 medium green pepper, cut into chunks


1. Toss the steak cubes with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
2. Slide the cubes onto skewers with the peppers and onions.
3. Preheat a grill to high heat and oil the grates.
4. Grill the kebabs for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until done to your liking.
