Steak Kebabs with Peppers and Onions

Ingredients:
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• Salt and pepper
• 1 medium yellow onion, cut into chunks
• 1 medium red pepper, cut into chunks
• 1 medium green pepper, cut into chunks
Instructions:
1. Toss the steak cubes with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.2. Slide the cubes onto skewers with the peppers and onions.
3. Preheat a grill to high heat and oil the grates.
4. Grill the kebabs for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until done to your liking.
