Quick & Easy Keto Healthy Broccoli Cheese Nuggets

Total Time: 25 minutes
Serving Size: 4

Ingredients:


2 egg whites
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups broccoli florets
1/4 cup almond flour
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Spray a baking tray with cooking spray and set aside.

Using masher break the broccoli florets into small pieces.

Add remaining ingredients to the broccoli and mix well.


Drop 20 scoops onto baking tray and press lightly into a nugget shape.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
