Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:
• ¼ cup frozen sliced strawberries
• ¾ cup unsweetened cashew milk
• ½ cup full-fat yogurt, plain
• 1 ounce raw almonds
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• Liquid stevia extract, to taste
Instructions:
1. Combine the rhubarb, strawberries, and almond milk in a blender.2. Pulse the ingredients several times.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
4. Pour into a large glass and enjoy immediately.
