Spicy Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients:
• Salt and pepper
• 3 cups tomato salsa
• 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
• ¾ cup sour cream
• 1 cup diced avocado
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F and grease a casserole dish.2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper then spread into the dish.
3. Spread the salsa over the chicken and sprinkle with cheese.
4. Cover with foil, then bake for 60 minutes until the chicken is done.
5. Serve with sour cream and chopped avocado.
