Egg Drop Soup

Egg Drop Soup

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes.


• 5 cups chicken broth
• 4 chicken bouillon cubes
• 1 ½ tablespoons chili garlic paste
• 6 large eggs, whisked
• ½ green onion, sliced


1. Crush the bouillon cubes and stir into the broth in a saucepan.
2. Bring it to a boil, then stir in the chili garlic paste.

3. Cook until steaming, then remove from heat.
4. While whisking, drizzle in the beaten eggs.
5. Let sit for 2 minutes then serve with sliced green onion.
