Cheddar, Sausage, and Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients:
• 8 ounces mushrooms, diced
• 1 large yellow onion, chopped
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 8 large eggs
• ½ cup heavy cream
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F and grease a baking dish.2. Heat the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Cook the sausage until browned then stir in the mushrooms and onions.
4. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes then spread in the baking dish.
5. Sprinkle the dish with cheese then whisk together the remaining
ingredients in a separate bowl.
6. Pour the mixture into the dish then bake for 35 minutes until bubbling.
