Beets and Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
• 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk• ¼ cup heavy cream
• ¼ cup frozen blueberries
• 1 small beet, peeled and chopped
• 1 teaspoon chia seeds
• Liquid stevia extract, to taste
Instructions:
1. Combine the blueberries, beets, and coconut milk in a blender.2. Pulse the ingredients several times.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
4. Pour into a large glass and enjoy immediately.
