Keto Low Carb Breakfast English Muffins ... Oh, Yummy!!


Total Time: 10 minutes 
Serving Size: 2

Ingredients: 

1 egg, beaten 
1 tbsp almond milk, unsweetened 
1/2 tsp baking powder 
1 tbsp butter 
2 tbsp almond butter 
1/8 tsp salt

Directions: 

Spray ramekin with cooking spray and set aside. 
Melt butter and almond butter in microwave safe dish and set aside to cool. 
In a small bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour egg and milk into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Add both melted butter and mix well. 
Pour mixture into the prepared ramekin and microwave for 2 minutes. 
Serve and enjoy.
