Ingredients:

2/3 lb fresh green beans, trim and rinse
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 oz butter
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 lemon zest

Directions:

Heat butter in the pan over medium heat.
Add green beans to the pan and sauté for 4 minutes or until beginning to brown.
Season green beans with pepper and salt.
Add heavy cream and let simmer for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle lemon zest over the green beans.
Serve and enjoy.
