Peppermint Dark Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:
• ⅓ cup coconut oil
• 4 ounces dark chocolate chips
• 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
• Liquid stevia extract, to taste
Instructions:
1. Combine the coconut butter, coconut oil, and dark chocolate in a double boiler over low heat.2. Cook until the ingredients are melted, then stir until smooth.
3. Whisk in the peppermint extract and sweeten with stevia to taste.
4. Spread the mixture in a parchment-lined baking dish and chill until firm.
5. Remove the fudge from the dish and cut into squares to serve.
