Keto Friendly Cinnamon-Spiced Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients:
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened.
• ¼ cup powdered erythritol
• 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
• ¼ cup pumpkin puree
Instructions:
1. Combine the coconut oil and cream cheese in a saucepan over medium-low heat.2. Melt the ingredients, then stir well – transfer to a mixing bowl.
3. Beat in the erythritol and cinnamon, then spread in a dish lined with parchment.
4. Drizzle the pumpkin puree over the mixture and swirl with a knife.
5. Chill for 4 hours or until solid, then cut into bars to serve.

I like the flavor that cinnamon adds to the dishes, and the combination of the cinnamon and pumpkin should be really good, I`ll give it a try for sure.
