Ingredients
1 pound (450g)ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cloves large garlic
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup ham or bacon
4 eggs
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1/2 cup heavy cream (35% fat)
Salt to taste
Black pepper
1 cup grated cheddar
1 cup grated mozzarella
DIRECTIONS
In large non-stick pan brown ground beef with olive oil, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, tomato paste, heavy cream, cheddar, and mozzarella until well combined.
Drain excess grease of ground beef then spread beef on bottom of -casserole pan.
Add bacon or ham on cooked beef.
Pour egg mixture over beef and ham or bacon.
Add more grated cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
