Ingredients:
1 yellow zucchini, cut into julienned
1 green zucchini, cut into julienned
3 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1 fresh lemon zest, grated
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Pepper
Salt
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, pepper, salt, and lemon juice.Add zucchini in a bowl and toss until well coated.
Add parmesan cheese and toss to combine.
Serve and enjoy.
