Quick & Easy Keto Delicious Cheese Fritters

Ingredients:
3 tbsp olive oil
2 eggs
1 lemon zest
2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 lb fresh ricotta cheese
12 tsp black pepper
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Add all ingredients except olive oil into the bowl and mix well until combined.Make 12 small patties from mixture.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Place fritters onto the hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until
lightly golden brown.
Serve and enjoy.
