Quick & Easy Keto Delicious Cheese Fritters

3 tbsp olive oil
2 eggs
1 lemon zest
2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 lb fresh ricotta cheese
12 tsp black pepper
Pinch of salt


Add all ingredients except olive oil into the bowl and mix well until combined.
Make 12 small patties from mixture.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Place fritters onto the hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until
lightly golden brown.
Serve and enjoy.
