Quick & Easy Keto Delicious Cauliflower Hash Browns

Ingredients:

1 egg
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3 cups cauliflower, grated
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

Add grated cauliflower in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 3 minutes.

Transfer cauliflower to the paper towel to soak excess liquid.

Transfer cauliflower in mixing bowl.

Add remaining ingredients into the bowl and mix well.

Make 6 equal shape hash browns from cauliflower mixture and place onto the
baking tray.

Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
