Quick & Easy Keto Almond Coconut Pancake

Ingredients:


6 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 tbsp almond milk, unsweetened
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp erythritol
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 cup almond flour
Pinch of salt

Directions:

Whisk all ingredients in the mixing bowl until smooth.
Heat pan over medium-low heat.
Pour batter into hot pan and make small pancakes.
Cover and cook about 2-3 minutes then flip to another side and cook for 1-2
minutes or until golden brown.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve and enjoy.
