2 lbs cauliflower, cut into florets5 1/3 oz butter
Pepper
Salt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 F.Add cauliflower florets into the baking dish and season with pepper and salt.
Arrange butter slices over the top of cauliflower florets.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
