The Best Fast And Easy Keto Pancake With Cream Cheese And Coconut Flour


Hi keto family,

I share with you this best recipe of the pancake with the coconut flour, I have this coconut flour because it helps to absorb the moisture of the eggs and the cheese to have pancake close to the traditional recipe.


You can not add the coconut flour so the pancake will be wetter.

This recipe is great for breakfast for those who often diet keto.

With this recipe we have almost 4 pancakes it depends on the size!




ingredients

  • 60 gr Cream cheese or mascarpone
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flour (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sweetener (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder




Preparation


We put all the ingredients in a bowl then we mix and mix it very well, I use the mixer diver.

After cooking crepes on a non-stick pan.


1 minute for each side

Warning ! you have to be careful when you return the pancakes because they are fragile.

You can serve the pancakes with jam or with syrup without sugar .. to choose!

  1. I cook mine in a bowl in the microwave and it's like a big bowl of custard. Best results if they are pulse-cooked: 60 seconds, mix, 30 seconds, mix, 30 seconds, ... repeat until set.
