Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Rolls ... Keto Low Carb Lunch


Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Rolls

Servings: 2
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

• 6 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves
• 6 slices uncooked bacon
• 4 oz cream cheese
• 1 tbsp chives chopped


Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and chives. Set aside.
3. Pound the chicken breast halves with a meat mallet to flatten.

4.Spoon a portion of the cream cheese mix and spread it in the center of the chicken breast, keeping at least a 1/2 inch gap from the edges clear.

5. Roll the chicken breast halves up then wrap each one with bacon.
6. Place the rolls on a foil-lined baking sheet.
7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the chicken is done and the bacon crisp.
