Quick & Easy: Shrimp Fajitas With Bell Peppers & Avocado... Oh, So Yummy!!

INGREDIENTS:



1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ Tablespoon Chili Powder or black pepper
1 teaspoons paprika powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons olive oil
3 bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced


Toppings:


1 avocado sliced 
¼ cup chopped cilantro
½ cup Cherry tomato
Sour cream
½ lemon sliced
½ cup lettuce



INSTRUCTIONS:


In a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 Tablespoon olive oil, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and onion. Saute until tender about 5-7 minutes.


After we add shrimp, cumin, paprika, salt, chili powder or black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and chopped cilantro.
Add 1 Tablespoon olive oil and shrimp and cook for 5-7 minutes or until no longer pink.


Serve in keto tortillas with optional toppings like avocado, cherry tomato, lettuce, sour cream and chopped cilantro.
