INGREDIENTS:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ Tablespoon Chili Powder or black pepper
1 teaspoons paprika powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons olive oil
3 bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced
Toppings:
1 avocado sliced
¼ cup chopped cilantro
½ cup Cherry tomato
Sour cream
½ lemon sliced
½ cup lettuce
INSTRUCTIONS:
After we add shrimp, cumin, paprika, salt, chili powder or black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and chopped cilantro.
Add 1 Tablespoon olive oil and shrimp and cook for 5-7 minutes or until no longer pink.
