Bulletproof mocha is a chocolate version of a classic Keto: bulletproof coffee. I take it in the morning when I do not have time to have a proper breakfast. 1 grams of net carbs and 26 grams of fat, pretty good to start a day Keto
ingredients:
A tablespoon of coconut oil or MCT oil
A tablespoon of butter
A teaspoon of cocoa powder
Sweetener to taste
A big hot cup of coffee
A teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons cream (optional)
Direction:
Put all the ingredients in a heat-resistant blender and mix.
Serve in a mug.
You can mix it directly into your insulated mug and take it with you using a diver mixer.
