Quick & Easy Keto Classic Zucchini Salad

Ingredients:
2 lbs zucchini, peel and cut into half-inch pieces1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
2 oz scallions, chopped
2 oz celery stalks, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
Pepper
Salt
Directions:
Add zucchini pieces into the salted water and leave for 5 minutes then drain out the water well.Fry zucchini pieces in olive oil over medium heat.
Remove pan from heat and set aside to cool.
Add remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix well.
Add zucchini and mix well.
Serve and enjoy.
