Keto Green Chile Cheese Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:


12 eggs, beaten
6 oz black olives, pitted and sliced
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
4 oz green chilies, diced
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups cottage cheese, rinsed and drained
Pepper
Salt

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375 F.

Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.

Layer cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, green chilies, green onion, and olives in
the prepared casserole dish.

Whisk beaten eggs and pour over cheese mixture. Stir gently.

Season with pepper and salt.

Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
