How To Make The Best Scrambled Eggs | Keto Recipes

INGREDIENTS


1 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
1 tbsp sour cream 
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Parsley 

DIRECTIONS


In a bowl, whisk together eggs and sour cream, if using, until frothy. 

In a small pan over medium heat, melt butter. 

When butter is foamy, reduce heat to medium-low.

Add beaten eggs and sour cream. 

Season with salt and pepper.
Stir using a wooden spoon or spatula until soft curds form.  

Serve immediately and season with parsley or chives.
